Website Update: Browse our Refreshed Website!
The updated Petrie’s Landing II website is now online! Most sections have been updated, with just a few areas—such as FAQs and forms—still being fine-tuned.
We’re also working toward making the site fully bilingual and are looking for volunteers to help with this short-term translation project. If you’re able to assist, please contact the Board—we’d greatly appreciate your support.
While exploring the new site, if you notice anything that doesn’t look quite right or isn’t working as expected, please let us know.

Important Notice: Balcony Conduct & Safety
Residents are reminded that discarding or allowing debris, objects, liquids, or snow to fall from balconies is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Sweeping debris off a balcony, which can create a mess and inconvenience for others and potentially injure someone below;
- Leaving unsecured items on balconies during high winds or winter snow squalls, as they may be blown off and cause damage or injury.
- Allowing water to flow off balconies, which can be disruptive to residents below. Spilling other liquids, such as chemicals or cleaning products, can be hazardous or cause property damage.
- Sweeping or shovelling snow off the balcony, as this poses a risk of injury to those below.
Residents are also reminded that:
- Pets are not permitted to use balconies or patios to urinate or defecate. Pet waste may damage the concrete deck and create health risks for neighbours.
Please be considerate – ground floor residents often have to pick up debris that falls from above. “water bottles, beer cans, gardening gloves, paper bags, glass, cigarette butts, etc.” Let’s everyone work together to keep our condominium safe, clean, and enjoyable.

Window Cleaning
Please be advised that, weather permitting, the windows will be cleaned the week of May 4, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM approximately.
Only inaccessible exterior windows, frames, and ledges will be cleaned. The contractor will not clean exterior balcony glass and he will not access balconies to clean patio doors and windows.
To better carry out this service we asked that windows be closed wherever possible and for your privacy, we recommended closing window coverings.
For main-level-1 owners and residents, please remove furniture and personal items from your patios for contractor access. The contractor will move items in the way at owner’s risk and expense.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
