Welcome to the Petries Landing Tower 2 login page. To access the complete website, you need to be logged in with your website account. Once logged in, you may access any of the website resources and forms.
If you are a condo unit owner and/or resident and do not have a log in account, please fill out and submit the following registration form.
The following are instructions to assist in completing the Inside Lounge reservation request :
1) Select service type (Lounge/Salon) *
2) Select date of reservation (any green hi-lited date) *
3) Select time slot 00:00 – 00:00 *
4) Enter your contact information; Name, condo unit, email address and phone number *
5) Indicate the exact start and end time of the reservation *
6) Add any additional information relevant to your inside lounge reservation request
7) Indicate your compliance (agreement) with the Inside Lounge (Rooftop) Usage Agreement *
8) Submit the reservation.
9) You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. Please verify the email to ensure the reservation accuracy.
10) Reservation reminders will be sent to users 72 hours ahead of their reservation date/time.

The following is a list of pool volunteer duties and responsibilities under the pool re-opening and pandemic period : (Note that as August 24, 2020, visitors will be allowed in the pool and on the terrace.)
1) Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your shift. The window door is unlocked 5 minutes before the beginning of the session for 20 minutes.
2) Admit users (including walk-ins) to the terrace and pool area who have pre-approved reservations. Please note that there is a maximum of 14 users allowed at all times. Also note that visitors must be accompanied by a resident at all times and that no visitors can walk-in, they need to have been registered ahead of time.
3) Ask all users to show you their paper or electronic copy of their Covid-19 Health Screening Questionnaire and ask if anything has changed since it was filled out. If nothing has changed, they are good to enter the terrace and pool area.
4) Sanitize terrace and pool area after the pool reservation period (Please see full instructions in the Terrace and Pool Volunteer Handbook). (Roof Top Sanitization details).
5) Wait for the next volunteer of the next session to arrive (except for the last session of the day) .
• If the resident who is the lead volunteer does not show up, ask the people present (has to be a resident) if anyone is willing to take the lead. If no one volunteers, the pool must be closed. You can take the sign in the binder and tape it to the door.
The following are rules and guidelines under which the terrace and pool are re-opening :
1. Residents of 200 Inlet Private are permitted to reserve and use the terrace and pool. As of August 24, 2020, visitors will also be allowed.
2. All users of the terrace and pool will be required to complete a personal health screening questionnaire, at the time of reservation, to ensure they are not a pandemic risk to other users of the common amenities. If a user answers “yes” to any of the six questions, he/she will not be granted access to the pool and RT terrace.
3. The terrace and pool surveillance volunteers will verify reservations, health screening questionnaire and current health conditions before users are permitted to go the terrace and pool facilities. If a user answers “yes” to any of the six questions, he/she will not be granted access to the pool and RT terrace.
4. The terrace and pool will be open only if a resident condo volunteer is available to manage the terrace and pool usage at each reservation period.
5. A stand-by list will not be available.
6. Terrace and pool reservations are for 1 hour and 45 minutes in duration.
7. A maximum of 14 users are permitted to use the terrace and pool at any point in time.
8. The spa hot tub will remain closed due to the higher potential of virus spread in this smaller space.
9. Before entering and using the terrace and pool, users are required to wash their hands with the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.
10. Terrace and pool patrons are permitted to bring their own chairs. No terrace-pool side chairs are available.
11. No glassware and no alcohol are permitted on the terrace or in the pool.
12. Pool users must take a shower, using the outside shower on the rooftop, immediately before entering the pool.
13. Swimming lengths is prohibited unless a maximum of two persons are in the pool at one time.
14. While on the terrace or in the pool, users are expected to practice social distancing, staying six feet (2 metres) away from others.
15. Only the accessible washroom will be opened during the sessions. Users who require to use the washroom are expected to practice personal COVID-19 hygiene.
The following are instructions to assist in completing the pool reservation request :
1) Select service type (Pool) *
2) Select the number of reservation spaces required *
3) Select date of reservation *
4) Select an available time slot *
5) Enter your contact information; condo unit, email address and phone number *
6) Enter the name of each person in your reservation (minimum 1 – maximum 4) * (note: only people living in the same condo unit are permitted on the reservation)
7) For each person in the reservation, complete a Health Survey Questionnaire and submit it. *
8) Indicate your availability to volunteer during this reservation time. If available, a terrace and pool organizer will confirm with you ahead of your reservation.
9) Indicate your compliance (agreement) with the Health Screening Questionnaire results and agreement to comply with the condominium’s COVID-19 Health Protocol *
10) Submit the reservation.
11) You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. Please verify the email to ensure the reservation accuracy. Ensure the number of people listed on the reservation match the number of reservation spaces reserved.
12) Users will receive an email with their confirmed reservation date and time. Users will also see their future terrace and pool reservations at the bottom of the page for the next 30 days. Reservation reminders will be sent to users 24 hours ahead of their reservation date/time.
13) To cancel a terrace and pool reservation users can select the “Cancel” option on their confirmation email or on the future reservations at the bottom of the page.

For a “Listing” of the reservations, users can select the “List” option which changes the calendar to chronologically date increasing list of reservations.
To ensure users of this screen have the most up to date reservation information, a “Refresh” option is available. This will ensure any new or cancelled reservations have been reflected in the calendar view the user is seeing.
