Terrace and Pool Rules and Guidelines during COVID-19s
The following are rules and guidelines under which the terrace and pool are re-opening :
1. Residents of 200 Inlet Private are permitted to reserve and use the terrace and pool. As of August 24, 2020, visitors will also be allowed.
2. All users of the terrace and pool will be required to complete a personal health screening questionnaire, at the time of reservation, to ensure they are not a pandemic risk to other users of the common amenities. If a user answers “yes” to any of the six questions, he/she will not be granted access to the pool and RT terrace.
3. The terrace and pool surveillance volunteers will verify reservations, health screening questionnaire and current health conditions before users are permitted to go the terrace and pool facilities. If a user answers “yes” to any of the six questions, he/she will not be granted access to the pool and RT terrace.
4. The terrace and pool will be open only if a resident condo volunteer is available to manage the terrace and pool usage at each reservation period.
5. A stand-by list will not be available.
6. Terrace and pool reservations are for 1 hour and 45 minutes in duration.
7. A maximum of 14 users are permitted to use the terrace and pool at any point in time.
8. The spa hot tub will remain closed due to the higher potential of virus spread in this smaller space.
9. Before entering and using the terrace and pool, users are required to wash their hands with the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.
10. Terrace and pool patrons are permitted to bring their own chairs. No terrace-pool side chairs are available.
11. No glassware and no alcohol are permitted on the terrace or in the pool.
12. Pool users must take a shower, using the outside shower on the rooftop, immediately before entering the pool.
13. Swimming lengths is prohibited unless a maximum of two persons are in the pool at one time.
14. While on the terrace or in the pool, users are expected to practice social distancing, staying six feet (2 metres) away from others.
15. Only the accessible washroom will be opened during the sessions. Users who require to use the washroom are expected to practice personal COVID-19 hygiene.
