The pool is open 9am to 9pm daily, from May 19 - Sept 30
Elevators are reservable for moving in, moving out or special deliveries. You may use the Elevator Reservation Request form to reserve.

Only the first level parking floor is painted to protect it from leaks to the level 2 parking below. Where there is no P2 level, the P1 floors are not painted (as per Apollo Property management and Brigil).

Ottawa-Carleton Standard Condominium Corporations (OCSCC). The Condo Registry lists close to 1200 condominiums in Ottawa and surrounding regions. Each condominium is registered as a numbered “Condominium Corporation”. The listing for each condominium property in the Condo Registry contains the registered number issued by the Ontario Land Registrar at the time of construction, the name and address of the condo; as well as the name and contact information for the Property Manager.

It is preferable to bring your fob and use the garage door to leave and enter with your bike to avoid dirtying and/or damaging the inside of the building. If this is not possible, you can use the front door and elevators (or the parking staircase).
No, BBQ's are not permitted on the balcony. Please refer to the Bulletin sent on March 12, 2020 for more details.

Exclusive balcony is the balcony accessible from each unit. It's called "exclusive" because it's part of the common elements (it belongs to the corporation) but the unit residents are the only one's that can use it. Thus it's for the unit's residents exclusive use despite the fact that it is a common element.

Yes, but you can only reserve the inside lounge for private venues. Please refer to the Bulletin sent on December 13, 2019. For reservations, please use the Inside Lounge (Rooftop) reservation tool.

To buy: You can contact Brigil as they still have a few parking spaces left (not many) or you can try to find someone in the building that would like to sell one. Please note that such a transaction has to be added to your Titles with a lawyer.
To rent: same as above without having to modify your Title.

In conflict resolution, your first option should be to discuss the matter with the other conflicted party. Frequently, a calm discussion will suffice to resolve the problem. Remember, the person you are talking to probably does not know that their behavior or actions are a problem.

Buying: Brigil still has a few units to sell so your friend could contact Brigil. They could also verify with real estate agents.
Renting: Same as for buying except that they could verify with rental property agencies.

Someone is moving in with me. How can they get their own entry code to enter through the front door?

Building management with the approval of the Board of Directors, looks after hiring a company to clean the underground parking. This cleaning is normally done once a year in the spring.
Note: In 2020, the Ontario government stopped all non-essential work for a certain period of time due to the COVID-19. The cleaning was scheduled for April 15, 2020 but had to be postponed.

The heat pumps in condo units are entirely owner responsibility to maintain and repair, which includes replacing filters and periodic maintenance similar to furnace preventive maintenance in single family homes. Heat pumps should be inspected and cleaned at least once every 2 years to clean the condenser coil and fan motor, verify the compressor amperage, clean the condensate pan and drain, etc.

Air filter replacements for your condo unit heat pump can be purchased from Camfil. Replacement filters cost approxiamately $3 cdn per filter and come in a package of 6. You will need to confirm your heat pump model and filter size before ordering. Orders can be placed and paid for over the phone with Camfil. You will need to make arragements to pickup the filters when ready from Camfil. Coordinates for Camfil follow :
